First Chair: How to Take your Riding from Good to Great

On a recent First Chair podcast, George brought up my teammate Jonathan Ballou’s podcast on taking your skiing from good to great (my answer? start snowboarding!), but it led to this discussion around how you can plan to take your riding from good to great and get to that next level – as well as a discussion of why we evaluate certain things during the riding portion of the exam.
